Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 200g (3/4 cup) of cooked white or brown rice, 1 slice of American toast, 1 teaspoon of lowfat milk, and 100g (1 cup) of fruit or 100g (1 cup) of nuts.  At snack time, have an apple, pear, or banana.


To lose 9 kg in 10 days with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi.

Have 1 slice of bread or 1 slice of toast with 100g (1/2 cup) of white or brown rice and 2 tablespoon of lowfat milk. Your daily calorie limit is divided by 3 to help you lose weight gradually.  For example, if you are a woman who normally eats 2,000 calories per day, you would eat 500 calories on Day 1, and cut 500 calories from your diet the following day.  You would continue to do so until 500 calories is equal to 2,000 calories.
